- Payment method and timing
- Payment methods are those offered by Lemon Squeezy. Payment is charged when the checkout transaction is completed.
- Delivery
- A License Key is issued after a successful purchase. The features included in the purchased product are available after the key is successfully verified by ArkC3D. The Upgrade product requires an active CSV-only License Key at checkout and its issued key independently authorizes repaired C3D output.
- Cancellation and refunds
- See the Refund Policy. A refunded or charged-back license may be disabled.
- License
- One license authorizes one natural person. The person may use the license on multiple computers and browsers that they personally use. Sharing or transfer to another person is not permitted.
- License duration
- Each license itself has no scheduled expiration. Paid export requires online license verification and depends on the availability of ArkC3D and its licensing infrastructure.
System requirements
ArkC3D is a browser application. Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari with JavaScript enabled on a device capable of processing the C3D file locally. An internet connection is required for checkout and each paid export license verification. Opening, inspecting, repairing supported files, and viewing repaired data are free. Browser and device resource limits may affect large C3D files.
Merchant of Record
GipnoArkSystems operates ArkC3D and defines the licensed export functionality. Customers purchase through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction and handles payment collection, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and order administration. Use of the ArkC3D export functionality is subject to the ArkC3D Terms of Use.
